Ben BrightFounded by Ben Bright, (Head Coach for GB Triathlon, Olympic Coach and a former Olympic triathlete himself), TPS is grounded in Ben’s unique vision:

‘By applying what I have learnt in over 20 years in the highest echelons of the sport of Triathlon, I believe that I am uniquely placed to offer a new standard of online coaching. I believe that triathletes of all levels can benefit from world class and Olympic standard triathlon training techniques – it is my mission to make these techniques available to everyone, from those just starting out in the field of triathlon, to age group and elite athletes looking to take their skills and training to the next level.’

British Triathlon Head Coach for GB Triathlon and Olympic Coach ( 2012, 2016, 2020), Ben draws on his experience as both a coach and a former Olympic triathlete (Sydney 2000) to offer a unique perspective in the art of coaching triathletes:

‘I believe that coaching is equal parts art and science. Triathlon Performance Solutions aims to combine the two to provide an unequalled Triathlon coaching service. While Triathlon is a very analytical sport and this is a very important part of my coaching, an aspect that is often overlooked is the human touch – as both an athlete and a coach myself, I understand the needs of the athlete and how to best maximise the potential of each individual’.
